Recipe: 6-Ingredient Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies (Paleo + Vegan)
There is nothing more satisfying to me than a soft-baked chocolate chip cookie! And by cookie, I clearly mean cookie(s) because one is never enough. THESE cookies are paleo, vegan, gluten free, and so delicious! They aren’t dry and flakey like most “healthy” cookie recipes, and the flavor is incredible. With slightly crisp edges, soft chewy middles, and heavenly little bits of chocolate, these could easily become your new favorite thing to make… especially because they are so incredibly quick and easy to whip up, which could come in handy when the cookie-cravings strike.
These Chocolate Chip Cookies totally nail the taste and texture of your favorite classic treat and also give you all the comfort without any guilt. You would seriously never know they are made without all the wheat, sugar, and dairy. I hope you will feel the same way about them! Now, I know you are eager to know how to make them, so lets talk about ingredients.
