Raw cacao butter bark is seriously so easy and quick to make + so much better for you than store bought. I used some of my favorite raw cacao butter and  raw cacao powder from Navitas Organics. You would never know that this recipe is free of refined sugars, dairy, gluten, and soy because it’s so creamy and absolutely DELICIOUS!

Ingredients

For the raw cacao butter bark

  • 1 cup raw cacao butter
  • 6 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds *i used Nativas Organics coconut hemp pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw, chopped almonds *i used Nativas Organics cacao hemp almonds
  • 1 tablespoon raw cashews chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon course sea salt *for sprinkling

Instructions

For the raw cacao butter bark

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Melt on low heat. 

  3. Pour chocolate mixture onto lined cookie sheet. On top sprinkle pumpkin seeds, chopped almonds, chopped cashew, and course sea salt. 

  4. Freeze for 30 minutes or until solid. Enjoy immediately or store in refrigerator.
