These paleo, gluten free, dairy free, no-bake MCT Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites are sure to satisfy your cookie dough cravings!
For the Cookie Dough Bites
- 2 scoops MCT Powder
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil *melted
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup stevia sweetened chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Form into 10-12 medium balls.
Cool in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Enjoy immediately or store in refrigerator.
