I’ve got four words for you that are pretty irresistible: MAPLE. CINNAMON. PECAN. FUDGE. You’re hooked, aren’t you? I know I was as soon as the words flew into my head and put themselves into a perfect little fudge bar that needed to be made ASAP.

For reals though. These fudge bars are UNREAL. They’re made with wholesome ingredients, packed with TONS of nutrients like plant-based protein, and collagen peptides. It can’t get any better than a delicious dessert that’s good for you and satisfies your hunger + sweet cravings.

Maple Cinnamon Pecan Fudge Bars (Paleo)

Healthier Maple Cinnamon Pecan Fudge Bars made with paleo ingredients for an easy no-bake dessert!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plant based vanilla protein powder
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides *I used vital proteins
  • 1 cup raw pecans *chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil *melted
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl combine protein powder, collagen peptides, chopped pecans, cinnamon, and sea salt. In a medium bowl combine melted coconut oil, pure maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

  3. Pour wet ingredients into the dry and mix thoroughly. Once all ingredients are fully combined, press batter into prepared baking dish.

  4. Freeze for 30 minutes. Cut into 6 large bars or 12 small ones. Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!!
