Allow me to present to you, Raw No-Bake Fudge BROWNIES! This super simple recipe has NO dates. Most no-bake desserts have dates and while I do love them, it is nice to switch things up sometimes.

While these chewy + fudgey bites of goodness are delicious, they’re also loaded with tons of good fats, which makes them even better for you!

Raw No-Bake Fudge Brownies (paleo + vegan)

You'd never guess these super fudgey, no-bake brownies are paleo + vegan, because they taste just as good as a traditional brownie!

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups raw cashews


  1. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cacao powder, and sea salt until well combined and you see no more lumps. 

  2. In a high speed blender or food processor add in the maple syrup, vanilla, sea salt, and cashews. Process until mixture is creamy. 

  3. Using a hand mixer or spatula, mix the cashew mixture with the almond/cacao mixture in the bowl until a dough forms. 

  4. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and press the dough evenly into the dish. Freeze for 20 minutes. ENJOY!
