Black Bean Hummus

  • 1 29 OZ can black beans *rinsed + drained
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic *minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice


  1. Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender or food processor until creamy. ENJOY! Store in refrigerator.
