Healthier Maple Cinnamon Pecan Fudge Bars made with paleo ingredients for an easy no-bake dessert!
Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl combine protein powder, collagen peptides, chopped pecans, cinnamon, and sea salt. In a medium bowl combine melted coconut oil, pure maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Pour wet ingredients into the dry and mix thoroughly. Once all ingredients are fully combined, press batter into prepared baking dish.
Freeze for 30 minutes. Cut into 6 large bars or 12 small ones. Store in refrigerator. Enjoy!!
